If your item is returned for an insufficient address or you did not claim your package pick up with USPS; a reship fee will be charged to ship the item back. If you request a refund a restock fee will occur of 20%.
Once a package has left our facility we are no longer responsible. Customers do have the right to add insurance on packages. Packages are only insured on orders $100.00 or more. If the item is lost, stolen or damaged through transit please contact the carrier.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
