RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item does not work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.
- You will receive your order anywhere from 6-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out , not the date the order is placed.
- After your payments is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 2-3 business days to process your order in our warehouse.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after on Friday after 12 P.M. or over the weekend will being processing on the following Monday.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer. To exchange your items, please return them to:
